Re: Stout postgame comments

Teams have some kind of attrition every year but I'd be shocked if we had significant transfers out. These kids know how good they are and what's possible for the next several years if they stay together, it'd be foolish to pass that up. It sure feels like 2019 could be a major breakout year for the...

The GS game hurt so bad at the time but makes this ending even sweeter, proving that was a fluke.
Agreed. I could not even read the MMB for a week afterwards.

I got over it.
I can't wait for them to show up at The Rock next year...I hope the team hands them an extra special beat-down!

Re: Clayton Howell-Freshman All-American!

Really impressed with our Freshman Punter. He laid into that 60 yard bomb toward the end of the 4th Qtr. That punt was a thing of beauty as it lifted and sailed through the air, you could feel the crowd's amazement , and then it bounced perfectly, which again drew a reaction from the crowd, and the...

Re: It's Gametime - App vs MTSU

Sitting here looking at the Superdome from our hotel room! It was really cool seeing it lit up at night...looks like a UFO. The outdoor concert was loud last night but cool watching the crowd from our room. Breakfast, French Quarter, cool restaurant for mid-day meal and then game-time!!! Seeing lot...

Re: Evan Conley to visit Louisville

My money is on Nate. Can new coach reinstate Brown and convince him to stay? Or would he? That's the question. Why would he do that? Not a good look for the new guy to reinstate someone who was kicked off the team for discipline reasons. Not to mention, I don’t think brown was learning/ performing ...

Re: Evan Conley to visit Louisville

I was at the Yosef Club Spring Tour stop in Charlotte and I remember Satt speaking about a recruit that Woody flipped to GT after leaving App. He said “if [Woody] were here I would probably punch him in the face.” He didn’t seem to be joking. I wonder if he changed his mind now. My money is on Nate...

This is freaky.

I had to really look at this closely to make sure both guys are not Satt.
So, we were all worried about DG finding a new guy and DG just cloned the old guy...well done.

Re: Evan Conley to visit Louisville

Doesn't look like Conley got much interest, if any from P5s so getting a visit from the UL coaches and invited up is probably exciting for him. I don't blame this kid at all for visiting, after all he didn't even know who our coach was going to be much less talked to him to see if he fits his offens...

Please call him “Drink” for short, or anything but ED. That is uncomfortable for us older fans.

Re: New Head Coach - Eliah Drinkwitz

This looks like a great hire to me! Don't know the guy but I like the P5 OC experience. No coach is perfect, how many people have complained about Satt's play calling on this board in the past. Overall, he seems like a winner. Considering DG has a limited budget, competing coaching vacancies getting...

One of the coolest things about Gattis would be the first African American in our history as coach. That’s cool.
Would be cool, but all I care about is that he's a good man with a strong character, wins most of our football games and keeps moving our program forward.
