Re: Saw this happening ---
I don't understand the "underperforming" this season. Some complained we should have beaten GW worse or whatever as the season progressed. We basically lost 4 games on the last play not by 3 TDs - Now I can understand Bama fans thinking their team underperformed last year because their two losses we...

Re: Saw this happening ---
I told a few of you that my belief was no matter what happened down the stretch that Coach Clark wasn't going anywhere - that he would be the head coach next season - my reasons for that feeling were 1.The players who could be back next season 2.A firing of the head coach usually means a big turnove...

Re: Saw this happening ---
Some of you guys are showing where you stand - I did not call myself or others with like beliefs "better fans" (your words) - only that we truly believed this would happen and never lost faith in the team or coaches. If you can't handle that maybe you should reconsider where you stand.

Re: Saw this happening ---
Lol The “I’m a better fan than you” crowd is out in force. I’m surprised they could reach their keyboards from atop their high horses. Let’s be real, this season was a s**t show until homecoming and I’m glad they turned it around. I hope you get your box of cookies for being such a good fan And the...

Come on Black Saturday - you know me - have I ever been anything less than positive - Always been a "glass half full" guy - You know I'm not a delusional homer - Have I always been right? - No - but I have always been consistent

Saw this happening ---
Believe it or not - and I am sure most don't believe it - but there were a couple of us who actually seriously discussed this East Championship happening. We did it in private conversations to stay away from the losers who gave up on this team and coaches months ago. Those of you who discussed this ...

Re: The Carolina Way - yep
Of course, the NCAA denied WVU's appeal - just not at the level of the lightblue bloods in standing. This situation is very similar to the unc football player. They also suspended a transfer from Arizona for 9 games for taking impermissible benefits - How in hell is anything impermissible in today's...

Re: Cignetti
That is an interesting thought and a good fit - I know Elko says he loves Duke and isn't looking to leave. - I can't argue that as I would much rather be at Duke than A&M - BUT --- $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Re: Gameday App @ JMU /Game discussion
not only that but a fumble thru the endzone would have given JMU the win - no 4th down play

Re: Cignetti
Yea Pittsburgh is definitely NE…. time will tell. Maybe I don’t know what you mean by NE. But neither Pittsburgh nor WV are in the Northeast or New England. Pittsburgh and WV are considered mid-Atlantic or the Rust Belt. They don't share many qualities with the NE at all. Correct, you are!!!

What do you think are the odds Cignetti will be coaching in Chapel Hill next season? - I know Mack says he is coming back but I'm not sure - I think they will lose to State - I mean, he has a high 1st round draft choice at QB and still lost to Ga Tech and UVA - were lucky to beat APP and Duke, didn'...

Pizza - You and I have been consistent (as well as others) - and correct - the Identity of this team is that there is absolutely NO QUIT in these guys --- And it's a damn good thing that some pseudo-fans on here aren't coaches or players because those pseduo-fans QUIT on this team and coaches a long...

Re: #TeamAppState
This is a post from about a month ago - Pizza and I agreed and I understood what Appstatealum was referring to so in reality we were all on the same page - I'm sure others agreed with this as well - For those who think something "magically" changed, I say No - this team who has played every play, ne...

Re: The Carolina Way - yep
What about all the others they have denied? - this kid wasn't the only one - and I do agree, the kid was screwed by the worthless NCAA but by all that is holy, they better grant waivers to the all the others - Guess that's my thing here coach, I am not aware of others that they have denied. Not say...
