Re: NEZ Barber

How does the barber/hair stylist work in the NEZ bottom floor? Is this a full time employee or does someone come in once a week? Volunteer? Is this for football only or all student-athletes? Does band and cheerleading have access? Are different stylists available for men's and women's styles of hai...

Re: Concessions

Next time, I'm up there, I will have had a sticker made that says McLeansvilleAppFan or your true name and slap it on a trash can in the stadium. :) We all know that you are too cheap to make a sticker. Cheap? Bull shit. I am on a fixed income retirement and Social Security. In addition, I am raisi...

Re: East side

What do you guys think would be the ultimate best KBS situation? I mean in terms of seating? IMO, if money was no object, a complete tear down of the east side is in order. Build another tower, similar to the west side, that butts up against Stadium Dr. Run concessions and bathrooms down at the con...

Any updates on this? I see my tickets. I do not see my parking.
I think that it’s a system glitch. You can try and call YC and they might be able to tell you.

Re: App UNC tickets

No that's not accurate. Every offseason some App fans list tickets for ridiculous prices on Stubhub. I've seen $150-200 for regular season games like ULM or Texas State and those type teams. I think we had Elon one year for homecoming or family weekend (or a similar caliber team), and people had ti...

Re: Season Tix Sold Out

The Citadel game might be a below normal crowd. It is family w/e which might help but after making trips to boone 3 of 4 weekends to start the season that may be the game I miss as a season ticket holder. There are a lot of parents that would probably buy those tickets off of you. Three weeks in a ...

Re: Concessions

We could set up a separate area just for texted orders. Use the old rec center at the top of the hill at least for the east side and there is the one access gate even for the top level to avoid the walking down the hill to turn around and walk up steps. Items could be bottled drinks and limited foo...

Re: Concessions

This is probably a crazy idea but what if you had to pay a surcharge at the gate to bring in your own (unopen) bottles of soda or water? Let's say that a family of 4 just wants water and soda so they bring some with them, go through a designated gate and pays an extra $2 per bottle? The stadium mak...

Re: Season Tix Sold Out

Great news from a money standpoint. I'm still worried we're going to have some very low attended games this year due to the fact I'm sure a lot of people bought them to ensure Chapel Hill tickets. Interesting economics discussion anyway. We didn’t have a problem filling it up last year. True, but I...

So if someone purchased a season ticket mainly for that game on average how much did they pay?
The season ticket was $250, are you asking in terms of donations?

Re: East side

This topic raises an interesting question (at least for me). What do you guys think would be the ultimate best KBS situation? I mean in terms of seating? I'm not looking for a 70k stadium with a retractable roof. For me if we enclosed the Miller Hill end and increased total seating to 35k, added th...

I still think we underutilize the space around the videoboard. I've always wondered why given our concession woes.

Re: Concessions

To the OP’s point, Current KBS isn’t set up from a feng shui to handle the crowds that we are seeing.

It's not about the cost to me. It's about the cost to anybody who can't do season tickets. This is why attendance nationwide is dropping.
That would be a valid argument if you weren’t comparing it to a sellout.

Re: Single game tickets

I am pissed off that we jacked up ticket prices for the Carolina game to $150 just because we could. Makes me want to give my season ticket seats that day to somebody who can't afford to go. There is a reason why there are so many tar heel haters... Why are you so mad? If you have season tickets th...

Re: Single game tickets

No we need a request period and every Yosef Club member and season ticket holder get one week to select games they want. It’s logged into a database and tickets are allotted based upon priority points, max tickets by donation level (I.e. 6 at the $2,500 level). Then the following week singles are o...
