Re: East side concessions
Seems almost too easy to set up a few tent locations with a simple walk up deal to sell water and just sodas. Spread them out on the endzone concourse. No way I’m missing half a quarter for a diet soda. Or maybe on the south endzone where it is more open for lines and people can see the game action.

Re: East side concessions
Totally agree with all these sentiments. Things like this have gone on long enough! The trend has been in relation to changes and progression only concerned with Big changes and Big money correlating with Big debt. No attention to volume business and small quality. The lost revenue really does add ...

Re: Arky State discussion
I don’t attribute the second half to a loss of focus as much as a change in focus. The game was over at the end of the first quarter. The second half was about getting young guys live, game speed reps in base defense. Backups need to crawl before they can run.

Re: Troy at Coastal
Hard to believe that McCall was actually ok to come back out. I can’t recall seeing a guy get rocked and puke on the field, stop before he gets off the field, do it again, spend a few minutes in a tent, jog a little bit, do what looked like a police sobriety test then come back to play. I would hop...

Re: New Conference Schedules
I hope we go with a 9 game conference schedule. I don't want to beg p5's to play and I want to keep our gate. I thought about starting a thread on this. when we beat Coastal, it was mentioned that we had not beaten a top 25 team since Michigan. It seems like we can only get top 10 P5 teams to pay/p...

And to add to this, we are about to eliminate two potential, regional Home and Homes and one FCS regional opponents with the new SB additions.Tbatchelor1977 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 29, 2021 9:46 am8 conference games...gives better opportunity to play 2 P5 games if they will play us as well the ECU, Charlotte, etc.

Re: New Conference Schedules
I think the line needs to be north/south and have east/west divisions to make travel better. I could go with either 8 or 9 conference games. I like even numbers thought so I would prefer 8/4. But 9 SB games would relieve some stress from OOC scheduling I would disagree with the relieving stress com...

Re: Official Back Up Terry prediction thread
The spread is awfully high. We haven't done a good job of covering this season. I won't predict a score but I do predict a win. I'd love to see us cover the spread. Even with great weather, I don’t see us beating the spread unless something happens out of the ordinary. Pick six or a short field tur...

New Conference Schedules
So with the announced and yet to be announced additions, we will have three home and three away divisional games per year. What are everyone’s preference on the opponent groupings? For me. Split up the Georgia schools for one trip to Georgia per season. Split Coastal and ODU to have one beach trip p...

Re: ULM discussion
One way to slow down the DE pass rush is to be successful running the ball and staying out of obvious passing downs. In the empty sets, you either get the ball out quickly, or slide the pocket to allow for more time for downfield routes to develop. I’m not sure how you scheme to keep the lb from ma...

So Coastal could win out, win a bowl game, finish ranked and 12-1. App could win out, win the Conference, win a bowl, finish 12-2. I’ll take the Championship.

Re: ULM discussion
I don’t think that we will see any of the young QBs on the field. My reasoning is for what you said. Handing the ball off isn’t really going to get them any beneficial experience. The reps that they get in practice, albeit limited, are much more beneficial as they see full tilt schemes.

Re: ULM discussion
Man some of you glass half empty worry wart guys crack me up. What does this team have to do to satisfy some of you? It’s like if we don’t win 50-0 intercept 5 passes, commit no turnovers and allow under 100 yards to the other team we have issues. Why do we have to match what CCU does? We beat them...
