This game sums up our season thus far...

Black Saturday should be reserved for the biggest home game of the year. I do hope students and young kids wear Costumes however.

Shabazz was preseason first team and App was preseason #6. Where we finished hurt both players in these awards.

If we were in the top four of the conference we would love this format.

This team can beat any one of the schedule, but there are no less than five games that will be dog fights, trips to ULL and Troy will be tough.

Similar to last year this team can win as few as 7 and as many as 12, with 9 wins the highest probability.

No doubt the biggest mistake by Cobb, tie for the worst decision in Appalachian athletics history with keeping Laney too long and his we can do it that way at App attitude.

Miss Ark St, nah they will have a down year this year. ULL is the clear class of the west, whoever avoided them got lucky.

I agree they put too much emphasis on them. However Whether those things translate on the field are irrelevant to them mattering to NFL teams who draft using them. The pro day is extremely important and can increase ones stock significantly.

I hate having to play GS on a short week given their offense, but hopefully the Halloween atmosphere more than makes up for it.

Ideally, our goal is to begin the 2020 football season with both the track removed and the new end zone project complete.

We are 12 weeks removed from the final home game of the 2018 season or for more perspective 30% of the offseason has passed.
