Re: Teal Turf

I want to have a field that changes color with the temperature like some of the kids clothes. Yes, that is a good idea. We could do like the Coors Light beer cans too on the field somehow. You know = The mountains on the cans turn blue when they get really cold. We could use that and the 3333 feet ...

Problem is, vending machine fare are for the most part poor nutrition.
I wasn't concerned about nutritional value when I took my George Foreman out of the drawer and cooked a burger from the wheel of death at 4 am.

Re: Top 25?

Why do we want to be in the top 25? What kind of question is that? The reason you play the game and support your school is because you want to be the best. That is what makes it fun. It ain’t no fun living at the bottom. Plus, being on top means more money for the program, more national attention a...

Ice in cups?

I was joking!!!!!!!
Having ice in cups isn't big news... NOT having it is! Having ice in cups at a stadium is pedestrian. It takes a true visionary to be ahead of the curve on the removal of ice in cups.

The student tailgate in 2018 is the best it's ever been. I'm proud of that. But I do wish they'd clean up after themselves.
Yup.

Re: Block A

I thought this was going to be about our block A shrubs needing more bush and was prepared to respond in the manner God intended.... but, nope. The missing bushes at the top of the A bother me almost as much as ice and slow drunk people bother others. I will try to carry on. I haven't noticed, but ...

Looking at us and them, its easy to see the difference in athletes between FCS and FBS.
Their wasn’t as much difference when we were in FCS.
More than the difference between fcs and fbs, what stood out to me was how far our strength and conditioning program has come.

If you like to have a few "sodas" you can can carry them around in a big red cup.
Would they mind if I bring my big yellow cup instead?

I got the e-mail saying it was sent on Aug 28. I don't have it yet, either.

I wouldn't be terribly upset if it could somehow become a rotating trophy between those of us with similar regional roots involving "mountain jugs." App, VT, UT, ETSU, WCU, UT-C, WVU, and Marshall... maybe another d1 that I'm missing... Holder of the jug hosts and the challenger is drawn from a hat...

Does the goose egg tie count as not covering? Refund, house wins, or something in the middle on cancellation?
If we're the favorite, any final other than us winning by more than the spread is a loss. A cancelled game would result in refunds for all parties, as if the game/bet never happened.

We played va tech in 2011, lost 66-13 up there. It got bad early. I was there.
Not true. Never happened.

Miami is my vote. Or maybe 2nd Michigan. What would be different now if we 2-0 against them?
