Re: We should get a Jerry Moore statue
Yeah, let's be smart about this. My first reaction was that some on here would bitch about the cost of paperclips, and some would, but money for a statue, which I'm all for, can be raised through a number of ways, without having to go to the students. Two, and by the time said "proposed" funds woul...

Re: We should get a Jerry Moore statue
I really don't think discussion about student fees is appropriate in this particular subject, imho. Why we haven't named it Jerry Moore field yet is a travesty. I don't have much to give, but I would gladly chip in to honor Coach. I really don't think we would have to because if it were to be annou...

Re: Duke track removal
"The $100 million renovation project will remove the track, the playing field will be lowered and the stands will be extended closer to the field."

Re: OK - here's the question ---
Good discussions and I will continue to participate as well - but in your responses try to include your answer to my initial question ---
Will the Big 12 expand to 12?
OR
Will the NCAA drop the number for a CCG to 10?
Just interested in hearing others take on this ---

Re: OK - here's the question ---
I keep hearing people say that TCU & Baylor didn't play anyone. Let's talk about Alabama. OOC-WVU, FAU, Southern Miss, & Western WVU (The best OOC win-6th in the Big 12) SoMIss (Last in CUSA) FAU (Next to last in CUSA) Western (3rd in the SoCon) Alabama should not be in the playoff let alone #1. Sh...

Re: Silver Lining to CFP selections for Sun Belt
I don't know that being 12-0 would be good enough to be ranked ahead of another G5. Marshall was 11-0 and the knock on them was their CUSA schedule was weak. So how would a 11-0 SB record be perceived? Beating Clemson would help our case but unless we are just blowing the doors off everyone then we...

Re: OK - here's the question ---
I do understand that strength of schedule means something but it's hard to penalize a team for who they play. FBS schedules are put together so far in advance that it is unfair to penalize a team for playing weak teams that weren't weak when you scheduled them. I doubt that OSU scheduled Va Tech th...

I do feel they need to go to 8 teams - the 5 conference champions are automatic with 3 at large teams decided like the final 4 were decided this season ---

"The Big 12 commissioner says the conference will reconsider how to declare its champion after being left out of the four-team college football playoff. Turns out, I was wrong. So which 2 teams should be playing in your min...

OK - here's the question ---
Will the Big 12 immediately go after 2 more teams or will the NCAA (not wanting more jumping around within conferences) adjust their rules to require only 10 teams for a conference championship game? ---
