Re: appst89?

Could you update mine as well, same name on delphi T4pizza. Thanks If you would - make a post over there. I tried searching for your name and for whatever reason it won't pull it up over there. This is the second time that has happened (APP72 was the first time). Not sure if it's me or if your name...

Yosef's Cabin Tailgate Sponsored by Chili's

I'm putting out some feelers to see how much interest a tailgate sponsored by Chili's in Boone gets. This would only be for home games (for now) but it could morph into an away game viewing site in Boone. It is free to join and Chili's will offer free chips and salsa, set up a cornhole tournament, a...

Board Update

There was some maintenance done on the board this evening. There should be no issues but if you notice anything that no longer works correctly that worked before, please let me know and I'll get it fixed ASAP. Again - there shouldn't be any issues but just in case there are, know that board maintena...

Re: Michigan Five Years Later: A Student’s Perspective

What a great read. It made me think of my day also. I had a ticket on the 50 yard line behind the ASU bench - 5 rows up. Couldn't have asked for a better seat. My girlfriend at the time, however, needed help moving back to school for her senior year in VA. I elected to play the good guy card and hel...

Re: Content Contributors?

Hey Yosef! If you're still looking for the occasional contributor I'd enjoy hearing more. I certainly might have a ASU piece in me here or there ;) Definitely. I'm looking for a couple of folks to help out by posting occasionally. There are only 3 rules: 1) Keep it family friendly. 2) Keep it Appal...

Re: appst89?

Thanks for updating my post count and join date from the old board. The old board shows my join date as July 29, 2007 not the 2008 date that has been entered here. Could you update/correct this? Many thanks. Is your username appsfan? It's showing me your join date on the old MMB is 7/8/2008. What I...

Good luck to the young man - he has has an extreme outside chance of sniffing the field with how thin they are running.

Re: Contributors?

You'll need to post an address or link to a paypal account so fans can send in their donation. Maybe make a meter on the side to show how close we are to reaching that week's goal. Now if this takes off and you can secure season tickets for next year, the tickets for the other games could go to: Po...

Re: appst89?

I know on vBulletin boards it's possible to edit user information. I would imagine the same applies here. Yeah, it'd take some work from the mods - but I'd love to have my original MMB join date and post count as well. ;) Rankin - I need your username from the other board. Everyone else that has re...

Re: Contributors?

Here's a Yosef Club/Cabin idea. This will take poster participation by having the posters on this board contribute money after each game. For every point App scores, The Cabin must raise that dollar amount (more if possible but point total is the minimum). The more points, the more the fans must ra...

Content Contributors?

If anyone is interested in contributing to the home page content - let me know. Currently there are 3 contributors (bloggers) but we'd like to get a few more people as no one has a monopoly on good information. We'd like for this to be a site not only for the fans, but done by the fans.

Thanks.

Ok - let me know if you have any problems. I have tried Chrome as well and didn't notice any issues but I will look again. Any issues that anyone is facing need to be reported or I can't fix them so thanks for posting.

Re: Questions

While we are on the subject of unread posts, what is the simplest way of seeing unread posts? What I have been doing after signing in, is click "unread posts" on the right. That brings up the list of threads with unread posts. Then I click the little red icon next to the thread name. Once the list ...
