Standards / Expectations for App football have never been in danger of revision. That's a false argument. The difference of opinion came in regarding how long it might take and what changes were justified or necessary right now.

With Tx State crapping the bed yesterday (really thought they'd man-handle CCU), our chances of winning the East took a hit, but I'm if we win out, I'm happy with the progress. Regaining bragging rates over the Dukes would be a big win. No idea what Bowl we will wind up in. Just win!

Yeah, what exactly happened in that pre-game stuff? Was there a scuffle or just words exchanged? GSU was fired up early and was taking some pretty cheap shots. Choking on a dust cloud seemed to take some of the chippiness out of them.

Great game, App! We will need to hold onto the ball better and tackle better next week but this was great. I have to think the wet weather was a factor with both of those. Let's go show JMU that the Apps haven't stepped down just yet!

Georgia State has a good offense and they are better than usual. We need to keep our progress going, but App has better horses than they do.

Nice video! I guess that answers my question about why we didn't wear the Heroes logo last week. I thought we always wore the logo for the home game designated as "Heroes Day" but maybe I'm wrong. Making the tribute last two weeks is cool with me though! GO APPS!

There are no gimme games on our schedule. GSU is pretty good this year, but they are certainly beatable. Grainger is dangerous but he is definitely their biggest threat. I have been as anti Clark as long as anyone. I don't if Marshall is just terrible or if we've figured something out. But we haven't looked this good in a long time.
