I’d take a look at the Valdosta St head coach, Gary Goff. He checks a lot of boxes. Of course what looks good on paper may not always translate, but he seems worth a look.

I am definitely proud of our defense, but our defense can only keep us in a game but so much. When our offense goes long stretches without capitalizing on scoring opportunities, we are in trouble.

The fact that we are getting to the foul line and converting is probably what is keeping us in the game. Definitely much better showing than UT.
