True, I've been to some recently that have a weird "moving" QR code that you had to have open in the wallet for it to work to prevent illegal transfer of tickets. I hope for the sake of it being the first year doing it that we have the ones you can screenshot.

Hey 94. Do you have any insight on why the short window on the ticket download?

Re: virtual tickets?
I do not. But I plan to ask this weekend as I’m sure many will if they get the chance. The app is really weird in that I can’t see or download my 4 Season Tickets, but I can transfer the ones that I bought outside of that window when individual tickets went on sale. I haven’t tried it yet. I’m waiting on the email instructions. It sucks though because I have a lot of money tied up in tickets that I don’t feel comfortable collecting on until I can send the tickets.postalapp90 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 8:49 amHey 94. I get that. I know that I bought basketball and baseball tickets that were virtual last year without much issue. It should work very similar to downloading airline tickets.Saint3333 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 8:33 amYeah that's been referenced before. Why make this change before a P5 home opener, this wasn't thought through. Our fanbase may not be ideal for this being the first large scale attempt to implement...

100% agree, it should. But there are members of our fanbase that don’t fly often and haven’t experienced this with other applications. They is going to create havoc with 30k+ trying to get in for a noon game.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 9:00 amI get that. Hope I’m wrong, but everyone should brace for a 30 minute line.

I bought single game tickets. Sometimes on the way to Boone. Those were virtual.BUTCH1991 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 9:05 amMy basketball tickets for last year were still paper.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 9:00 amI get that. Re: virtual tickets?
I would suggest that anyone not interested in the virtual tickets to call and get paper tickets. They will cost a fee but I agree, it could be a cluster dealing with the Cline types that struggle with technology.Saint3333 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 9:07 am100% agree, it should. Re: virtual tickets?
You also have the option of having tickets printed and mailed. The cost is $10 per season ticket seat. That covers all the games. I opted for this option as I have had several nightmares with e-tickets. The printed tickets is not advertised.

Re: virtual tickets?
Well, considering the first game is 2.5 weeks away, I would hope they'd send out the tickets "within the next few weeks." That wording basically tells us nothing.postalapp90 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 7:29 amThat sounds way different than 48 hours before the event. Things never change.Capt. Ed wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 7:18 amOn August 8th, I emailed the ticket office asking "when will I be able to transfer tickets to other people?" I received this reply: All season tickets will be emailed out of here in the next few weeks. Once those are emailed you have the opportunity to tranfer tickets. Go App! Susie

Re: virtual tickets?
Club seats are populating on the new app and it's 1 touch to add to apple wallet and has very clear instructions for transfer, as in there's a button that says "transfer tickets". This isn't new technology by any stretch and it looks like they purchased the app from someone else and didn't try to reinvent their own. Other than the flip phone people, this should be seamless. Maybe they'll designate a gate for flip phone users. "The Boomer gate." I am one so I can laugh.

Re: virtual tickets?
Thanks. I did it as well. That wasn’t an option a couple of days ago. And why can you download those but not the others? This whole process is disjointed.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 11:56 amUnderstood. I asked this morning. They are going out this week. But it could be a backup plan for those that want to transfer them.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 1:09 pmWonder if supply chain or late in ordering hard copy tickets for NEZ....worried tickets may not make it to ticket holders..... virtual tickets are the backup plan

Re: virtual tickets?
I called ticket office at 100 today and they returned my call at 230. I paid the $10 per season ticket to have them printed. Girl I talked to said they would go out later this week. Took less than a minute to do.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 1:09 pmWonder if supply chain or late in ordering hard copy tickets for NEZ....worried tickets may not make it to ticket holders..... virtual tickets are the backup plan
