Penn St Tickets?

My wife and I are still considering going to the PSU game (cutting it close I know); where is the best place to find tickets this late? We are not season ticket holders.

I got 4 and will be up there to meet. Will sell for Facevalue, and they will be in the App section.

What section is the App section? What is the facevalue you're asking?
