If you are unable to buy a parking pass, you can park at First Baptist Church or Grace Lutheran Church on King Street. Will need to get there pretty early (9:30-10:00 for the Baptist church or a little later for the Lutheran Church). Not sure about the cost for First Baptist, Grace Lutheran parking is donation based.
