Original post was for the Liberty weekend and the family changed to November 1 tour and November 2 game. Game tickets for this one might be a little easier to come by. Again, any help or suggestions to have an awesome game day experience would be greatly appreciated.
Good morning. My daughter will be graduating from HS in the spring and we are planning on doing a campus tour on November 1. The ODU game is on the 2nd. I just thought I would check in here to see if anyone might have any tickets available. Also, for someone new to the App St. game day experience, where would be the best place to park/tailgate? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.
We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

All the parking on campus is reserved but there are good parking spots in private lots in the downtown area near the stadium. Your best bet is to try to find a season ticket holder who should have reserved parking and buy both tickets and a parking pass together. It certainly does have the potential to be a big day in Boone so I would suggest being in your parking spot at least 3hrs before game time and really 4hrs before game time. That will give your family time to walk through campus and downtown to get a feel for the whole place. If you don’t want to prepare a meal for tailgating you can walk into town to eat or what we do sometimes is order a takeout pizza from Mellow mushroom and just take it back to our tailgate spot. Makes for an easy day. Legally its beer and wine only in the parking lots on campus and in town but nothing outside of the lots. Keep checking back on the board and you will most likely find someone selling tickets and parking. Welcome to the family!
