This is sort of a high jack but what kind of weapon do you think Cadet could be in the current incarnation of App FB. I just feel like we did not use him to his potential.

Watch how we use Evans this fall and you'll have a pretty good idea what it would have been like.

If healthy, Quick will get plenty of targets. Redskins like to air it out. Usually it's because they're playing from behind. It's not L.A. laid back lifestyle but puts him a little closer to home and the DMV is a great area who even through years of disappointment still support their team strong. I don't pay for Sunday ticket and all Skins games come on Fox or CBS (When visiting team is AFC) im my area. I will get to see him and might even make the 2 hour trip to Landover for a game.

I live approximately 40 miles from Fedex, planning on attending a game or two this season myself. PS - Both Skins and Apps! :D

From the infamous WaPo... https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/foo ... 2e44c76fc0

The Delmarva Peninsula will love Quick!

I'm in Richmond (home of Redskins Training Camp), I might have to go by and watch it for once. It is free and they do a nice job for the fans, so I here.

As an aside, what does DMV stand for in reference to DC? I've lived less than 2 hours from DC for 15 years but I've never heard that one. Here in the capital of the Confederacy, we jokingly call Fredericksburg the DMZ, as in demilitarize zone, since it the the border between the North and the South. But I don't think that is what was meant here.

Methinks it's an acronym or urban shorthand for DelMarVa Peninsula. At least that's something that sticks with me from one of Dr. Imperatore's classes.

It stands for District Maryland Virginia.

This is correct. It excludes D.C. people, and they are sure to let you hear it if you say they're part of DMV. Most fans are outside of the beltway which is why I referenced DMV as the fan base. DMV is largely used in the Fairfax, Prince William, Northern Stafford counties of VA and Prince George of Maryland or as they say Murrland.
