Saw that as well and they only kept 2 RBs.

I hope he gets to play this weekend if he is fully healthy. He has all the attributes to have a successful NFL career if he can stay away from injuries.

Lots of injuries around the league this past weekend to some big name players. I wonder how much of it can be attributed to no pre-season and lack of OTA's this offseason. Really hoping DE can come back healthy and get on the field.

DE was a full participant at practice today. Expected to make his debut Sunday vs Vikings without any setbacks.

Only 3 runs for 9 yds today. A whole lot of Henry. Surprised no targets receiving for Evans.

2 runs for 12 yards and pulled hammy again. Didn’t play 2nd half

Just heard Evans got hurt tonight. Anyone see it?
Hamstring again. Injuries have been a real problem for him so far. Hate it.

I think it happened on a nice 9 yard run he had in the second quarter, but I couldn’t tell it at the time. He came off after that play, and I thought he was grinning... but might have been grimacing. That was probably halfway through the 2nd, then during the 2 min. warning they announced he was questionable for a hammy.

Unfortunately, even with the best physical therapy, hamstrings are a pain to heal and have a very strong likelihood of reinjury. As someone who has pulled/partially torn his 4 times now, I understand his struggle and wish him the best.

Yep - you are so right --- I tore mine in a football game over 50 years and the bastard still hurts -

That run he had to the right was great. Our guy is F.A.S.T.

It looked to me like DE pulled up and stepped out of bounds, rather than having the burst to cut back inside on that 9 yard run. I was thinking he could have gotten more out of that run, then found out about the hammy and it made sense. Too bad because the other backup RB got quite a few carries after that and looked pretty good. Henry is just a beast..he stiff armed Josh Norman backwards and threw him on his back on one sweep.

You know, you may be right. I was wondering if he stepped out or got run out, but also wondered why he didn’t take a hit to try and at least get a first. He had a couple pretty good QB protection blocks too, when he wasn’t carrying. I think he will be a difference maker when he gets healthy, but he might have to prove himself back into the RB2 position if this other guy keeps it up. Damn... shows how hard it is to make it to, much less stay at the next level!

Is DE active today against the Steelers? I didn’t see him listed on the injury report.

On the 15th they put him on IR and said he’d be out for 3 weeks
