Tonight at 8pm on ESPN - McCray is targeted to make the roster, not even sure Armanti is even on the bubble right now - hope they don't go against each other!!! - I have communicated with a Bears beat writer for one of the Chicago newspapers - here was his last response to me ---
"Thanks for reading and sorry for the late replay. You're right Armanti is up against it to make the Bears. Eric Weems and Chris Williams are the leaders at KR. Williams tweaked his hamstring, which should give Armanti and Micheal Spurlock more chances. I do see him sticking around until the final preseason game, so he's still got time to make an impression."

Re: Armanti/Bears vs. McCray/Jags
Couldn't take anymore so I shut it off right after the 2nd half kickoff - 7 WR (including their injured #3 guy) in the first half - none of which was Armanti - several returns, No Armanti --- Did see where he caught one pass and I may choose to watch the 2nd half today but it is just so disappointing and disheartening to me ---

McCray was in the game by no later than early 2nd quarter - looks like he has a place there ---

Re: Armanti/Bears vs. McCray/Jags
The box score has McCray with 2 solo tackles last night and no assists, though watching he appeared to be in on more plays than was credited or showed up in the box score. He'll solidify his spot on the team mainly on special teams, IMO, and will see a good bit of time on the field as well.

Re: Armanti/Bears vs. McCray/Jags
McCray did get flagged for illegal contact downfield, a point of emphasis for the referees this preseason.
AE had a couple of decent blocks, one of which helped to spring a RB for a long gain.
