Deandre got a wicked hit on the Browns' punt returner at the end of the half and got some love from the CBS guys. They did not, however, mention where he went to school :?

Not sure if it should be considered a "wicked hit" but definitely a nice play.

I consider it wicked in the sense that he showed his athleticism to set up the tackle and that it is a highlight reel play. Wicked does not have to mean a snot-knocker hit.

Even more impressive was the speed he showed in getting by the defender without being touched and, as you said 77, looking over his shoulder to find the ball while timing the tackle. Bet they double team him next punt. He just showed that one isn't enough.

Worst thing that happened to the Panthers in this game was Johnny-can't-throw-a-Football getting hurt. Now the Browns stand a chance.

Guess they found it after the game since he was on the sideline with his helmet on standing beside Rivera during the Browns last series.

Lucky for the Panther since it does free up a roster spot for the last regular season game without cutting someone. Hopefully DP recovers quickly.

You follow correctly... ;)

Seems like an amazing coincidence given the fact that, as I said, I saw him on the sidelines with helmet on with just a couple of minutes left in the game. Of course if he's hurt I wish him nothing but the fastest recovery possible but I also follow Gibbs Rule 39 (from NCIS for those who don't know what the H I'm talking about).

Gibbs rule #7 Always be specific when you lie.
