I dont know if everyone noticed or not, but Kendall Lamm got the start at left tackle for the Texans yesterday. I know Im VERY biased but I think he did great. He had a couple of pancake blocks. He had one penalty, but thats because the center didnt snap the ball when he was supposed to. I think he really helped his chance of making the 53 man roster.

normally, if your starting by the third game of the preseason, that means they must really like you, or at the very least, you have preformed well enough in camp where they wanted to see more of you playing before they make a decision. I think its a great sign this late in camp he is starting.

Coach Obrien said Kendall Lamm did a very good job at starting left tackle. Seems they were surprised and I did watch him and he did do well

I hope he makes an appearance on the last episode of Hard Knocks. I saw him in the background a few times, but he hasn't been featured yet.
