Bobo's ranked, but Simms isn't?

21 DEs taken last year
9 safeties
22 OT

Blair is getting drafted, if they other two can move up the board 3 slots they'll be drafted. All three will definitely be in camps as will Jones. Bobo gets a camp invite

Was hoping Blair might be a little higher, actually. Pretty decent for the others.

Is Simms even thinking about the NFL? He was certainly a very reliable college receiver. He's got exceptional vertical leap. By NFL standards, Simms isn't small; he's tiny. That would be serious drawback.

Good question - plus, let's be honest: being the #116 "ranked" WR versus being unranked is a distinction without a difference. Neither is even on the radar for being drafted, or even signing a UDFA contract probably.

Simms just seems to have the intangibles that some teams love. He appears to be tough as nails, isn't afraid, has great hands, nice speed and good leaping ability. If he does have aspirations of playing at the next level I could see him with a solid pro day. Of course there is some homer bias but I he was such a clutch receiver. Great possibilities for the other guys. It has been proven that UNFA's have great shots to make it.

You are most probably right - however the rankers listed 34 WRs after his listing and 155 total players - so someone took the time to at least make an attempt - I rather have my name in the list than not ---

The additional mocks I have looked at have all had Blair being drafted - 5-7
Most have Middleton 7-FA
I saw one where Harris was a 7

Harris played really well in the All-Star game. At this point, don't believe a word the NFL teams are saying. It's all a poker game. And the websites are too unreliable to put much stock in.

Regarding Simms, he came to my mind as well.

While he is not 6'4", every NFL team seems to have a couple of receivers in his size range - 5'10''/5'11" in the 180's. Some of them are stars and/or some of the leading receivers for their teams. I am not arguing that he is in the category of Antonio Brown or Edelman (who is much heavier, granted). I guess I am just making the point that not all NFL receivers have to be 6'3" or above.

The lists I have seen rank about 15 kickers and I have not seen his name appear as yet ---

It just surprises me since Simms & Bobo are the same size and Simms was much more productive. On the other hand, Bobo's last name is known.
