Re: Week 8 games
I was mightily impressed with the EZU defense. I don't know enough about Tulsa's offense to know if that means anything, but it' was a shame to see that stadium so empty.

Re: Week 8 games
Not a "game" per se, but an App State alum doing cool things at my current school. Luke Combs will be on College Gameday today as well.

Re: Week 8 games
The U has a student population smaller than APP and the stadium is 45min-1hr away from campus. Based on normal attendance patterns there, the place was "packed" Friday night. Most of their alumni live up north. Meanwhile in Tampa, USF is a giant public university(40k+ students) that plays in the NFL stadium 4 miles from campus and averages about 25K (or where when I lived over there).

Re: Week 8 games
Was it a split screen shot, with one half showing the Heels’ futility on the field and the other showing Bill’s frustration on the sideline?NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Sat Oct 18, 2025 12:09 pmI just saw the replay of Tar Heels game losing drive. Classic!

Re: Week 8 games
Lafayette is ahead of Oregon State at the half.
Mizzou takes down Auburn on the plains in 2ot.
Stanford ahead of Florida State 13-3 close to half.
It just keeps getting stranger.
