That whole thing is weird. Rocco to UDel from Richmond seems like a lateral move and Huesman from Chatty to Richmond seems like a lateral move.

From what I've read, Rocco was making around $428k while RH was making $246k at UTC. The Mocs tried to up Russ' pay. I believe RH's wife is from VA so that may have been a contributing factor on top of the dollars. Not sure what UR is paying him but obviously UTC couldn't match it!

That package is in the range of $315,000 to $325,000, although Richmond could offer substantially more money, possibly up to two times Huesman's current salary of $246,000."
