I think UConn, ODU, Charlotte, UMass, and Liberty would make great additions to the Colonial Athletic Association.

It's been all downhill for UConn since the ACC passed them over in the previous round of expansion. They were the NCAA's biggest loser in that round.

Sad thing is, logically a big program moving down should help FCS but nobody ever moves down when their program is in good shape. Even though few would ever do it, I wonder how many schools have floated the idea internally.
