USC had every chance in the world to win that game and couldn’t. Neither team looked particularly good, especially USC’s QB

Both are P5 teams. Neither will be a pushover. It's hard to gauge that game though...... are both teams back to being top teams that duked it out? Are both teams still bad and just one outlasted the other? We didn't look as good as we could have today but then again, we were playing ETSU and I don't think we pulled out all the stops. We did what we needed to in order to win and mitigate injuries (even though we ended up with a few). I believe we have the pieces to beat both UNC and USC, however..... they have the pieces to beat us. Just depends on who puts it together on game day.

I'm not taking UNCC lightly at all. Teams improve a lot from the first to the second week. They'll be pumped up and excited, and they have talent. Healy previously won at a school that was a perennial loser, so he can get the job done.
