I don't have a problem with them using that at all, but "..the Ville" looks and sounds aweful. It would be so much better to say simply say "Louisville" instead.

It's pretty blatant but it doesn't register as a slap in the face to me. I'll be rooting for Satterfield as he's an App guy through and through and has proven that beyond any reasonable doubt.

Guys I don't know how my post came off as anything more than a tongue in cheek joke, but sorry it did. I realize we took it and don't fault then at all and wish Satt and company nothing but luck. I thought that this would be better conveyed I suppose!
