Lenoir-Rhyne football
L-R is having a great year on the field. 10-0 with one game left in the regular season at Catawba.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

They've been on quite a run last 10 yrs or so. National Runner up once.
We live near campus.
The support (especially locals not affiliated) is amazing. $$$$ out the wazzoo.
Good for them.

Same here...I'm about a 5-minute drive from LR's stadium, off Sandy Ridge.

That makes 4 of us. I am am only 2 doors down from Coach Cronic and almost border the LR multi-purpose practice field. Last year he was late getting his leafs to the curb, which is completelty understandable. This year I plan to help him out, if need be.

They also have a player who will get drafted. This has been a great year for them so far.

You are right. Have not seen him play, but heard he is a force. Last time I watched LR on tv, he was out. He may be their first player drafted, not sure.

Re: Lenoir-Rhyne football
It is Kyle Dugger and there is no question about it. He is going to the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine. I asked my NFL connection if Gaither was the best non P5 prospect in the state and he said he was 2nd behind Dugger. Here is what he texted me "About 6'1, 220 pounds and runs a 4.4-4.5. Has missed time with hand injury. Very good STer as well. Big safeties who can run and play STs like him get drafted."

I watched a few clips of him and there is no doubt he will get drafted. The guy is a force for sure.ASU85Grad wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:15 pmYou are right. Have not seen him play, but heard he is a force. Last time I watched LR on tv, he was out. He may be their first player drafted, not sure.
