We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Tragic news out of Louisiana this morning. She was on a jet bound for the CFP semifinal in Atlanta. Thoughts and prayers to the Ensminger family.

Everyone handles things differently but I can’t believe that he still worked the game. That was his son’s wife.

ESPN asked the LSU QB about the death during the post-game interview, and the QB was not aware until then. The director/producer that was feeding the questions to the interview team needs to be called out for asking a question like that post game. Of course I am sure the director/producer was answering to someone higher up than that and that person also needs to be called out as well.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

I'm fine with giving him the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure he spoke with his son, who was not able to be at the game. Son may very well have said, "do your job, dad, beat the hell out of the Sooners for Carly." It was said after the game that coach O left it up to him and they decided not to inform the players. Players had to know something was up since he was visibly upset and wiping tears during pregame.

I was amazed that he decided to coach in the game, especially since he didn't even have soul responsibility for calling the plays (shared with Brady). I will give him the benefit of the doubt also, but I couldn't imagine sitting in that booth and trying to focus on the game.
