Who cares where he lands...he got his WFU parchment and his mind's obviously now only on the NFL.

The point is that he won't be on the field when the Apps travel to Wake in Sept. Our chances for a W just ticked up a percent or two or three. I think we will win regardless, but he would have been a serious obstacle.

Wake has another qood QB on the roster, Hartman, but Newman was more explosive.

Assuming Sutton comes back, I now think we will be a FG favorite at WFU next season.
