UNC-CH is receiving a donation so large that the are renaming their football field

I read it as they are naming the field inside Kenan Stadium.

Agreed - looks like the field is being renamed, while the stadium will remain Kenan

Sounds like Evans and ADG are exercising their options.

Based upon the purchase agreement signed after the third quarter last year they agreed to take it easy on them in the 4th in return for naming rights.
