FCS isn't going to hold playoffs this season after Big Sky postpones it's football season until the spring and the Pioneer Football League cancels their season.

I imagine it will be a case by case basis. If the player is high profile enough (ie;Trey Lance) or the program is big money P5 then it will be be immediate eligibility. Everyone else will have to sit a year. The eligibility waivers are/have been a joke. Case in point the OL who transferred from Coastal to VT to be closer to his sick mom was denied immediate eligibility because VT was a handful of miles to far from his home, but Justin Fields, JT Daniels, and Tuas little brother can all move many states away and have immediate eligibility for some reason (All P5 QBs).
