NCAA tourney money is paid out over four years a year after that tourney so we're not going to see any more money.

Not sure I would say Davy choked or gave the game away. Marquette hit three 3-pointers in a row in the last couple of minutes of the game, a couple of them 2-3 feet behind the 3-point line, when they are not a very good 3-point shooting team. Also, not sure why a foul was not called on Marquette when the Davy guy threw the ball out of bounds -- it looked to me like they were trying to foul him and almost knocked him down as the ball left his hands.

Enjoyed watching a good game, but didn't really care if Davidson won or lost.

I was pulling for Davidson to help my bracket, as I thought Butler would have a better shot at beating the Wildcats than Marquette. But after Iamamoron said what he did about Davidson during the 2008 tournament run (that accomplishment being bigger than ASU/Michigan on national television), I stopped pulling for the Cats right then and there. A win or two in the tourney could've helped the kitties turn a run into an A-10 bid, though, which would've made Iamamoron sweat.

Great game by Davidson - just could not close it out. I wouldn't call it a choke. Marquette's 3 threes at end of game set up their opportunity. I was pulling for Davidson. Oh well.

Didn't think it was worthy of it's own thread but Montana is getting CRUSHED by Big Orange. Last score I saw was 44-15 with 17 minutes left in the 2nd.

Not a Davidson fan, but a 14 seed taking a 3 seed to the wire and should have won the game seems like a moral victory anyway. I give Davidson credit, they showed up to play and repped the SoCon pretty well. Should have won the game.

I really don't have anything to say about the choke. When they constantly rip our ass it's best to just not say anything.

You have a point and I agree to an extent. We sort of sound like Western fans who have absolutely nothing to cheer for except App losses.
