I answered this without reading the list, but it appears that I was wrong. Upon further review, it looks like Coastal has only beaten to 3 teams in the bottom 10 (#1 Umass, #2 Kansas, #5 Ark State). Of course they have also beaten #13- Georgia Southern and #24 ULM and they still have #22 Texas State to play later this year. They also beat FCS Citadel. So their 8-1 record includes 5 wins over bottom 25 teams and 1 against a FCS foe. I really don't understand how they have remained ranked based on their schedule.

I was assuming they had an error having Georgia Southern outside the bottom 10.
