FSU, their defense is lethal. Their offense takes a hit losing Travis, but 'Bama has to score to win. And I'm serious. Not sold on SEC this year.

The ACC went 6-4 against the SEC and Florda State beat Florida with their 3rd string, true freshman quarterback lol.

Florida also had a 1st career start freshman that game. FSU barely beat BC. FSU didn’t draw Tyler Van Dyke either, they got a freshman qb in his 1st career start, another 1 possession game. Every team had its struggles.

Alabama barely beat a .500 AAC team, the 9th rated conference in FBS.

Tyler Van Dyke was benched. So that doesn't matter.

Van Dyke was injured and held out. Their strength of schedule was 55th. Acc was weak, playing Louisville and struggling with them didn’t help them.

Bama beat #1 for the play in essentially.

The committee just saved everyone a lot of money. They completely eliminated the need to play regular season games. They can just declare the four playoff teams and play the games in September. The weather will be better and people can stop wasting twelve weeks on football.

What might or might not happen to them is completely irrelevant. The committee can't vote an undefeated P5 regular season champion number 4 then when they win their CCG you can't drop them. Every year in basketball a really good team gets knocked out in the elite 8 and sometimes the team with the best record doesn't end up winning it.
