Almost made a bet on JMU covering the spread, but a little scared due to being so early in the season and not knowing much of either team.

Guess we see if UNCC was actually that bad. If they hang with UNC we probably get too big of a head.

Boise is kind of the same, are they as bad as the first game?

Wondering how good TCU might be?

Maybe UNC isnt as bad as that score, but you'd think Belichek knows about football - tough outing, as oppossed to what Dlog and staff did with half the team brought in from the portal.

Appears so.

Should have been 7-0 JMU after their first play. Instead, 3 and out.

Telling your QB you have to hand off to RB in a read run option.....I do not understand it....QB had easy 1st down if he had not handed the ball to RB

JMU could bust this game open any minute. Don't think Louisville is as prepared. Should be a close game look evenly matched

I'm struggling with that same early season question: is JMU that good? Or is Louisville that bad?

After that last series, I'm beginning to think it's the latter. To be that close to the end zone, Louisville showed poor clock management and zero urgency.

The LBs and secondary guys...when know it is a run play, the accelerate full speed to the ball.
The offense is better than last evening I believe. When played A&M, our offense was not as explosive. We did enough to win. Playing a Power conference D line is difficult.
Will be an interesting game when we play them

After watching most of last night’s JMU game, I think it’s rather obvious that our ceiling is 12-0 *if* we make the improvements from Game 1 and keep building.

One at a time.

JMU will be tough to beat. But it’s a long time between now and the middle of November. It’s going to be interesting to see how things play out between now and then.
