I think they are being alittle bit overly optimistic believing they can have a new stadium up and running in 4 years, they haven't even begun fundraising, do not have a plan in place to raise the money, and do not even have an idea how much a new stadium will cost. Still, it looks like they are serious about building one, and it sounds like, atleast on paper is going to be really nice, I also like they will be able to expand it to 45,000. Makes me wonder whats going on, if anything with our expansion plans.

Cost less to build a new stadium than renovate the existing one. We were at that cross roads at one time.
