This is embarrassing for a Big 10 program. As bad as things have been this year at least it's not this bad.

student attendance across the country has been going down the 5 or 6 years, Saben has been on a personal crusade the last 2 years, bitching about the lack of student support. I guess going to games is not a big deal anymore. Now, this Illinois game, wow, that is really, really embarrassing, you got the number 3 ranked team, traditionally, one of your biggest rivals, and that's the best you can do? Pathetic.

Be gentle. They just had their hearts crushed by a high school basketball recruit the night before.

My thoughts exactly....Give me a break. That's actually a sad statement that a kid thinks he is so important that he can pull that crap. I assume that is his dad smiling his approval at his side. Stupid.

Some of these recruits think they are way too important.
His dad if that is who it is, is an idiot.

The article said Illinois has lost 19 consecutive Big Ten games. It's no surprise that the students don't show up. I'd hate to see what would happen if ASU lost 19 consecutive Sun Belt games.

The idiots at ESPN probably told him to do that. I wish they didn't film these things period. They're just high school players.
