Yes, I used to live in San Antonio and actually visited it once. I remember it as the least nice/impressive campus I've ever been on. UTSA wasn't anything special either.

I thought I saw something welcoming IW to the Southland Conference this morning?

Got a little ahead of myself, but it says possibly in 2014 to the Southland

"The Cardinals at the University of the Incarnate Word began playing American football in the fall of 2009; it is the only NCAA Division II team with a football program in the San Antonio metropolitan area. Furthermore, UIW has expressed interest in moving to the NCAA Division I Southland Conference in 2014, pending approval by students and faculty.[6]"

Wonder how long will take them to make it into the Big East, ahead of ECU.
