How does a UNC-G team lose to Presbyterian by 21 on its home court and a mere two weeks later come from 11 down to beat Va Tech in Blacksburg?????? What a whacky thing this game of collegiate basketball is.

Perhaps it boils down to the ability of a coaching staff to motivate players for seemingly insignificant opponents as well as the opponent to key in on which programs are the big boys. Think about the loss to VMI a couple decades ago in football. Upsets happen in any sport and to any program. No excuses though, just the reality.
