ECU is also covering cost of attendance for football & men's and women's bball. Starting 2016-2017 they cover all athletes. We definitely need to do this to keep up, and well it's the LEAST they deserve.

Big shocker here, they have had little success at the FCS level doing it on an even playing field like everyone else, why not spend some of those diploma mill dollars and attempt to buy some FCS success Yankees style.
