I mean, they look kind of cool (in a kids shed type way) but what; are they going to have a mini village to upkeep? In stinksboro, I could see those attracting all kinds of bugs / wear and tear throughout the year. I could also see this taking away from the "tailgating" experience and keeping people from actually going into the game. I think building a tailgating pavilion/ beer garden is a MUCH better idea. It keeps a traditional "tailgating" scene and can still promote the game-day atmosphere.

First thought, this is a glorified trailer park. I would not want this on our campus.

Come on. This is Ga Southern. For them this is a move up in the right direction!

I'm guessing that most of the photos are nighttime scenes for a reason.

It's an idea to raise money, but I don't know who would get one. GS has a pretty good tailgate culture already and these just seem very tacky.

In stadium suites, outside the stadium????? Two words, private bathroom. That is the only benefit I see outside of shelter from rain. Tacky concept, build a pavilion with restrooms and maybe a concessions stand/gift shop.
At $5,000 per game, I don't think so.

A lot of universities have things like this. As previously mentioned South Carolina has their cabooses. Adds to the environment and I wish App would do something like that for a unique setting (cabins on the hill?). Call it copying if you want but every school does it. I'm sure end zones weren't painted and logos weren't on fields until one team did it. Then everyone copied them.

It will give Stink fans a place to store extra insulin and AC to cut down on all that pregame FUPA sweat.

SC does have the cockabooses. However, there is a difference in that the cockabooses are privately owned and deeded properties. What GASO is doing is renting them for $5k/game.... Without knowing more info, seems steep.

"At that point, you might as well slip him a $100 and ask him to be your man-servant for the day."
Which, in Georgia Southern's case, would involve a lot more than re-stocking the bar.
