Maybe if they were required to go to real classes at UNCheat the athletes wouldn't have as much time to get in trouble.

The alleged victim seems very confident. You have to have some guts to come forward against the mighty Giants ! I wish her the best .

To one of the legal experts on here..please clarify why the charges are said to be misdemeanor sexual assault, yet the girl says "rape." What is the difference?Black Saturday wrote:http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/ncaafb/ ... spartandhp

The DA refused to prosecute the case as a felony. 100% UNC School of Law grad; claims insufficient evidence.NewApp wrote:To one of the legal experts on here..please clarify why the charges are said to be misdemeanor sexual assault, yet the girl says "rape." Obviously, none of us can evaluate the evidence, but even a big cadry of Chapel Hill locals are raising their eyebrows on this case. The defendent's demeanor is partially responsible for that! He seems to think this could be his ticket to even greater celebrity. "Hold 'em down ye Tarheel warriors!"

Proud triple-degree App grad--Classes of '66, '70 and '81.
