The coolest thing about this: "Each purchase of the beer goes to help fund the athletics program in an attempt to make it financially independent."

It would be SO awesome if App State got together with the local breweries and did this!

It doesn't get much better than App State, beer, and helping The Black & Gold student athletes!!

When I was at Lafayette last year they served their own brand of beer but I don't remember anything about where the proceeds went. It was pretty tasty too.
