The App State Sports twitter account tweeted out a link to the Sun Belt survey. I'd encourage each of you to go take it. It took me roughly 15 minutes to complete.

Funny this would show up today. Yesterday on Facebook I noticed on the SunBelt page just a blue blank screen. Or the lack of anything.

It wasn't a bad survey. I think it's aimed at improving their social media and to give feedback to potential sponsors. Overall, I think the Belt is realistic about who they are and is also interested in improving it's product.

Based on my responses the SB is pretty much the only Power conference with the MAC a close second. Maybe they can extract a few more dollars out of sponsors that can be kicked back to the schools.

I think the underlying purpose is to line up a high profile sponsor solely for the Championship game.

Hopefully they use it for other purposes as well, but to me the above is the driving purpose.

Also, don’t forget, I believe Gillin is now the head of the broadcasting committee. This survey is very similar to the survey’s we have been receiving annually since DG’s arrival in Boone.
