The rule has changed. I think these guys are graduates and have always been allowed to transfer without sitting a year. They’ve already taken advantage of the rule that changed.

It's easier to move around in college than in the pros.

It's easier to move around in college than in the pros.

At least in the pros the teams have the option to look at a trade (unless there is a no-trade clause). In college its the whim of the player (to an extent)
