I asked AI to rank Sun Belt schools by academics:

Here’s a general overview of the Sun Belt Conference schools and their academic rankings, as determined by sources like U.S. News and other assessments:

1. James Madison University
(JMU)Consistently ranked highly among regional universities for academics.

2. Appalachian State University
Well-regarded for its strong academic programs and student engagement.

3. University of South Alabama
Noted for research opportunities and healthcare programs.

4. Georgia State University
A large, urban public research university with diverse academic offerings.

5. University of Louisiana at Lafayette (UL)
Recognized for value and research intensity.

6. Georgia Southern University
Offers a wide array of degree programs and is growing in academic reputation.

7. Coastal Carolina University
Known for marine science and business programs.

8. Arkansas State University
Highlighted for affordability and solid undergraduate programs.

9. Marshall University
Offers strong regional education and healthcare-related programs.

10.Louisiana-Monroe (ULM)
Smaller but notable for its healthcare and business programs.

11.Troy University
Focused on accessibility and practical degree offerings.

12.Texas State University
Recognized for education and communication programs.

13.Old Dominion University
Emphasizes research and its coastal location for academic fields.

Sun Belt schools vary in focus and mission, reflecting regional and institutional priorities. Specific rankings often depend on metrics used, such as research funding, student outcomes, or program-specific strengths.

Why was Southern Mississippi not ranked in this list.

Appalachian was the only school that mentioned the students at all. I guess the studentsat App just love their school more.
