In the very unlikely event that both USA and GaSt win this weekend does somebody get the shaft? I assume there are 5-7 teams going to get invites. Do all 6 wins have to get an invite or can a bowl take a 5 win that is more likely to generate more revenue? It would be interesting, but for obvious reasons I hope it does not play out.

Correct kb - all 6-6 teams must be placed before any 5-7 teams can be selected.

I like the idea that the NCAA is using APR to rank 5-7 teams for bowl eligibility. It's refreshingly academic.
