Job interview

Unread post by McLeansvilleAppFan » Sun Jul 29, 2018 6:35 pm

My 25th Anniversary is in two days. Married an App girl as I have mentioned before-many times.

We were planning a trip to Philadelphia (I also mentioned this a few weeks ago.) and taking Amtrak(of course) leaving 1 August.

Well I now have a job interview on 1 August. I have another job lined up so it is not like I NEED this job or I become homeless and in fact it will be more work for less pay, but something I think I would love.

I am not sure if I was going to have time to post this the evening before as I have some other things that may keep me off the internet for the next day or two, but if you can just send out some good vibes for me in 3 days. My wife was willing to move back our trip for one day so I could do this interview and basically the email said in so many words, "Be there of just forget it."

what type of position? just curious since I'm also an educator and am always wondering what folks get into when they leave the profession. I've interviewed recently as well for a non-teaching job, after 17 years in the classroom.

Well that did not work out. Oh well, I have a job so not going homeless, and the chances of celebrating my birthday a few days late at the UNCC game is now 100% short of an emergency in the family.

Win some and you lose some.

I do appreciate all the well wishes.

If you coach football, there may be a position opening in Columbus, Ohio soon.

But I hear the pay is good.
