I stayed there last night. A little chilly for the rooftop while we were there. There was a cool lounge on the main floor. They have good drinks and had a double IPA from Booneshine that rivals Bell’s Hopslam. The hotel itself was cool being right downtown. Our window looked over the old entrance to Rafters which held many bad memories. Stepped out the back door this morning and walked 20 steps to Expresso News for my coffee this morning. I’d definitely stay there again.

Funny, once I told my wife I’d prefer to stay in Boone, too, she changed her mind, so we went to Artisanal after all! We did hit up the Local for lunch before heading back.

I liked it so much I went to Basil’s to pick up a 4-pack, but it wasn’t a canned option.T-Dog wrote: ↑Wed May 15, 2019 5:33 pmNattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Wed May 15, 2019 5:09 pmThey have good drinks and had a double IPA from Booneshine that rivals Bell’s Hopslam.![]()
