I would take one of those urinals we had in our rooms in Frank.

We just used the sinks we had in our rooms in Justice. Another perk of living there along with the radiator/cook station.

I am pretty sure that is what he was referencing. Frank had sinks in the rooms but not urinals.

I'm reading this first thing in the morning and for 5 seconds I'm thinking "I loved in Frank, all we had was the sink. Urinals would have been great"
