Unfortunately, I'm not as intelligent and computer savvy as you, Chuck. Thus the google definition of "bot" meant absolutely nothing to me. I was hoping that you or some other member of this board could define it in layman's terms.

Basically just a computer script that can be told to visit websites and other various things. They can be used to cause too much traffic on particular sites. Lots of other uses, but that’s the jist.

On a side note, you can really drop the I DoNt KnOw HoW tO gOoGlE act at this point. All the random links you've posted over the years shows you understand perfectly well how to google things.

Also, as far as you not understanding the googled definition of a bot, I decided to google "what is a bot" to see what you meant. The following is what comes up:

"An Internet bot, web robot, robot or simply bot, is a software application that runs automated tasks over the Internet. Typically, bots perform tasks that are simple and repetitive much faster than a person could."

You can drop the charade now. Those two sentences are on about a 5th graders comprehension level.



Although something that made me chuckle is that after I saw the name Chuck I reread your statement with Peppermint Patties voice and it made it much better.
